We will do the men first, then the woman, then multiply them together.
So, for the men:
The total men = 7!
The men selected = 4!
The men left out is 3!

So, for the men = 7!/4!3!
Men = 35

For the Women:
The total women = 5!
The women selected is 4!
The women left out is 1!

So, for the women = 5!4!1!
Women = 5

So multiply the two
Men * Women
135 * 5 = 175 Ways in total
