(1) How long will it take to heat the water to it's boiling point 100°C.
(ii) Starting from 20°C, what mass of water is boiled away in 5 minutes? (Assume for water, specific heat capacity=2.3×10^6J kg k^-1 and specific latent heat of vaporization =2×10^6J kg^-1)?
