I was unable to do the regularization, because was not uploaded. If went to jamb...

I was unable to do the regularization, because was not uploaded. If went to jamb office for regularization, the said I was not uploaded. If I went back school the, the said have send details and is already proved, I should go to jamb office.
I spent 2weeks struggling between school and jamb office. I don't know what to do please help me out.?
