A current is passed through 3 electrolytic cells connected in series containing solution of AgNO3, CuSO4 and brine respectively
if 12.7g of Cu are deposited in the second electrolytic cell , calculate
(1) The mass of Ag deposited in the first cell
(2) The volume of cl- liberated in the third cell at 17°c and 800 mmHg (Ag = 108g, Cu= 63.5g, 1f = 96500 Cl = 35.5, Na= 23, G. M. V = 22.4dm³)
can u try ?
