3 electrolytic cell containing solution of copper (||) sulphate, silver nitrate and tetraoxosulphate(VI) acid respectfully connected in series. A steady current is then pass through this solution. if 6.55g of copper is produced at the cathode of the copper electrolytic cell. calculate
i. the mass of silver deposited at the cathode of the silver electrolytic cell.
ii. the volume of hydrogen gas liberated at 25°c and 730mmHg in the 3rd electrolytic cell.
(Ag=108, cu=63.5, 1F=96500C, molar volume of hydrogen gas at S.T.P is 22.4dm³ )?
