n²=16ⁿ find n
Solñ
n²=16ⁿ
Multiply both sides by 1/(2n)
We have:
n^(1/n)=16^(1/2)=4
n^(1/n)=4
Multiply both powers by -1
[n^(1/n)]^-1=4^-1
Using (x^a)^b=(x^b)^a=x^(ab)
(n^-1)^(1/n)=(2²)^-1
(1/n)^(1/n)=[(-2)²]^-1
(1/n)^(1/n)=(-2)^(-2)
:.1/n=-2
n^-1=(-½)^-1
n=-½///
