From sine rule,

a/sin.A = b/sin B = c/sin C

a/sin 38° = 17/sin 27°

a= (17)(sin 38° ÷ sin 27°)= 23.05m

A + B + C= 180°

C= 180° – (38° + 27°)= 180° – 65°= 115°

17/sin 27° = c/sin 115°

c= (17)(sin 115° ÷ sin 27°)= 33.94m
