pls where else can u go to to create a profile code for jamb because I tried using 55019 but it is telling me my name or surname does not correspond with my NIN?

That's the way to do it.....if it's saying that, then there's an error in the information you're entering....

you are only required to use the SIM card which is attached to your nin to text your nin only to 55019.
Try doing the above
