p(x)=3x⁵+7x⁷+7x⁵-2x⁴+9

i)

f(0)=3(0)⁵+7(0)⁷+7(0)⁵-2(0)⁴+9

=9

P (-1) =P (-1)^5 +7(-1)^5 - 2(-1)^4 +9
=-3 -7 -7 -2 +9
= -19+9
=10

Evaluate
(a) P1(X)P2 (X)
=(X^2 -2X+4)(X^2 +5)
=X^4 +5X -2X^3 -10X +4X^2 +20
