I created a jamb profile account for my daughter through jamb e-facility
portal. I have sent her NIN to 55019 and we got a 10 digit profile code sent to her phone. this evening I want to make an online purchase and payment of the e-pin but I wasn't going through. I noticed when she logged into that jamb account the code from 55019 was displayed on the right top of the page close to her name but we can't proceed because the system error was that the profile code does not exist. what should I do. and what is the implication please.?
