I have paid for lasu screening test since Thursday, but I haven't gotten any screening...

I have paid for lasu screening test since Thursday, but I haven't gotten any screening pin yet,should I go to lasu and make a complaints or I should just wait,and also where exactly would I find the pin,I have logged in to check severally but nothing like a pin there?
