u1= 2.5m/s
m2= 0.2kg
u2= 0m/s

The collision is elastic. So,
m1u1 + m2u2= (m1 + m2)v
v= ((4 × 2.5) + (0.2 × 0))/(4 + 0.2)
= 10/4.2
= 2.38m/s

Thus, the common velocity after collision is 2.38m/s.
