y is partly constant
y varies inversely as the square of z
y=k/z^2
when y=6 , z=2
therefore k= 6×4 k=24
when y =4.5 and z=4 k=16x4.5=72
y=? when z=10
y=k/z^2=100y =1 y= 1/100
