Please I'm quite confused. I just did chemistry JAMB 2010 and I saw this question....

Please I'm quite confused. I just did chemistry JAMB 2010 and I saw this question. What acid is used to remove rust? I saw two answers from two different past questions. One said BORIC ACID while one said TETRAOXOSULPHATE VI ACID. More confusedly, the answer here is HYDROCHLORIC ACID. please help.?
