A motorist traveling at 15m/s approaches traffic light which turns red when he's 25m away from the stop line it's reaction time (I.e the interval between the red light and applying the brakes is 0.5s and the condition of the road and his tire is such that the car cannot slow down at a rate of more than 4m/s^2 if the brakes is fully how far from the stop line will he stop and on which side of it?
