Please someone should help me with this hitch.

I want to do Change of institution and when I write my Gmail and password I used to registered Jamb it was saying your gmail or password is invalid.

My question is that "Do I need to open an account under e-facility as in having profile under jamb website or what"? Before I'll proceed to the next level.?
