Yes, some Universities can decide to fix their cut-off mark above the jamb fixed cut-off mark.
That was also what happened last year.

The universities can decided to alter the fixed cut off mark by JAMB. it happens all the time.
Bt it doesn't really make a difference . Since the school also has departmental cut offs or cut off marks for different courses in the school.

The main headache is getting reaching the departmental cut offs of your desired school.

yes, but not all universities especially those universities that have a very high standard!
Yes, this is because jamb has fixed a favourable cut off for all universities and schools averagely
Some schools however will need to meet up their expectations, value and with, this is in lue to creating outstanding students as to them
