my friend wrote his exam since on 2nd but yet to see his result.when ever...

my friend wrote his exam since on 2nd but yet to see his result.when ever we wanted to check it online so it keep on saying u can not see ur result becos u ar absent from examination whereas my friend told me dat he thumbprinted before nd after exam but he failed to submit his photocard.pls what can he do over that?
