We are not unaware of the recent increase in school charges for the 2023/2024 academic session and the financial challenges it poses, especially given the current economic situation in Nigeria. As a Union of Students, we share your displeasure and are committed to making education accessible and affordable.

We will actively and proactively engage in productive negotiations with the University Management to advocate for the interests of all Smart Unilorites, seeking a solution that is fair and considerate of students' financial well-being. We will provide timely updates as our discussions with the school authorities progress, and we ask for your patience as we work towards a resolution.

We will initiate a series of meetings and engagements with critical stakeholders in the school management, and we are optimistic that our efforts will yield a positive outcome.
