The Faculty of Arts Students’ Association (FASA), University of Uyo, has issued a stern reminder to all 200, 300, and 400 level students regarding the **mandatory submission** of their four (4) required student files.

According to the press release signed by the FASA President and Secretary, students who have not yet submitted their files are required to do so immediately to avoid severe administrative penalties.

- **300 & 400 Level Students:**  

  All students in these levels who are yet to submit their files must report to the Faculty Officer’s Office on **Thursday, April 16, 2026**, by **11:00 AM prompt**.  

  Venue: Faculty Officer’s Office.

- **200 Level Students (Year 2):**  

  The final deadline for submission of the four required files is also **Thursday, April 16, 2026**.

The association warned that failure to meet this deadline will attract serious consequences.  

- For 300/400 Level students: Late submission or absence will lead to complications for which the student will be held personally responsible.  

- For 200 Level students: Failure to submit by the close of business on Thursday will result in **massive penalties** as dictated by faculty regulations.

Students have been strongly advised to treat this notice as a matter of extreme priority to protect their academic records and avoid any disruptions.
