i have completed my registration and have been given an exam date, 4th august 2018. if you want to login use your email and password, dont use your phone number or reg number

please guys help me... I did change of course for about a week from medicine to human physiology and yesterday I went to generate my remita but it was still showing medicine in the remita print out...I ask some of my friends they said it has not reflected in the jamb portal...what is confusing me is after doing the change of course I printed my original result slip and it was showing physiology... what should I do
