The University of Ilorin UNILORIN yesterday commenced the distribution of PC tablets to their 100level and DE students as part of the school's project for them to facilitate their studies on campus and to improve their level of ICT.

This package is branded with a package called SERVICE PACK whereby they were been given a bag with it which contains: Tshirt, 10 in 1 notebook, pen, band, etc.

This package was introduced by the Students Union Government SUG.

A student says "After much waiting and lots of rumours about the proposed Ipad initiative, University of ilorin finally delivers. Its no more rumours now cos the distribution has started today, 15th of may 2014. Some of the Students in the faculty of Arts and Agric have been given as at the time of this post. Though the gadgets were not distributed to students who fail to pay the Extra charges of 1100 for service packs."

Thought students have been complaining about the late arrival of the ipad, but its still a laudable idea from the Better By Far University.

Indeed we are "BETTER BY FAR"
