PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION FOR OVERDUE POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

Category 1: Students that have been given a waiver i.e. Students who may have finished their course works but results have not been processed from the various Departments to the PG school but are ready to complete the processing of the results:
1. Report at your Department/ Faculty to collect information on last session of registration
2. Proceed to Bursary Department where total amount due for payment will be worked out and a statement of total fees to be paid issued to you.
3. Make payment on the PG portal with an ATM card using General Payment after login

Category 2: Students wishing to reactivate studentship: Students whose results are yet to be processed to Senate
• Report at your Department to determine if your result has been processed to senate
• If result is yet to be processed, go to Bursary where the total amount due for payment is determined and a statement issued to you
• Wait for 24 hours for online payment to be enabled
• Make payment on the PG portal with an ATM card using General Payment after login

Students whose results have been processed to Senate
• If result has been processed to senate, go to Academic Support Services (ASS) for information on your Certificate
• Go to Bursary where total amount due for payment will be worked out and a statement of total fees to be paid issued to you.
• Wait for 24 hours for online payment to be enabled
• Make payment on the PG portal with an ATM card using General Payment after login.
