The 10th Conference and Annual Gathering of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Medicine, University of Lagos will hold on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Old Great Hall, College of Medicine, Idi-Araba.

The event has the theme, “Financing Medical Education and Research in Nigeria” and sub-theme, “Burden of Non-Communicable Diseases in Developing Countries”. The Guest Speaker is the Former Director (Human Resources), West African Health Organization, Professor Kayode Odusote while the Chairman is the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Rahamon A. Bello, FAEng.

The Chief Hosts of the event are the Provost of the College of Medicine, Professor Folashade Ogunshola and Chief Medical Direcor, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Professor Akin Osibogun. The Host is the Dean of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Professor F. E. A. Lesi.
