3. Fill and Submit a hard copy of the change of course form to Admissions Officers in the Main Auditorium Parapet along side the following documents;
a. UTME Original Result Slip that shows your passport photograph. If you do not have this, click here to get yours
b. POST UTME Result Slips,
c. O’Level Result,
d. Birth Certificate
e. Bank Teller.
