By now all admitted students must have had all this ready but just to be sure, view this as a checklist;
1)Your O'level Result(Original Certificate or statement of result or online Print out.
2)Your Original Jamb result Slip (Click here to get it).
3)Your Local Govt Of Origin or Affidavit of Local Govt of Origin.
4)Your Guarantor's Letter.
5)Your Acceptance Letter.
6)Affidavit of Non-membership of secret Cult.
7)Affidavit of Good Conduct.
8)Birth Certificate or Age Declaration Affidavit. etc.)
9)REJECTION LETTER

For all your Affidavits, ensure you get them signed in any court of Law in Nigeria.
