Applicant must possess FIVE CREDIT at not more than two (2) sittings, in the following subjects; English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology from NECO, WAEC or NABTEB

2. Under "Service" select 'UDUTH College of Nursing". Fill in N7,000.00 under Service amount while filling In all other correct information then click "Generato Payment Instruction".

3. Using the generated Romita (RRR Number), go to any hank to make your payment.

4. Bring generated teller of payment with Remita slip ta UDUTH College Accountant and collect receipt

5. Bring the copy of Remitu slip and receipt collected from UDUTH College Accountant to COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES UDUTH SOKOTO TO GET YOUR SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN,

6. Visit https://nursing.uduth.org.ng and insert the pin and serial number given to you.

7. Fill your information accurately, including O'level results and JAMB Score (if available).

8. Please come along with a CLEAR PRINTED COPY of your application form on the date of CBT entrance exam.
