The Department of Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science in conjunction with the Department of Medical Microbiology, College of Health Sciences is pleased to announce open positions for fully funded masters of science and PhD degree programmes in Pharmaceutical Microbiology.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary research team investigating the molecular Epidemiology of reoccurring cholera outbreak in Nigeria. We are looking for candidates who have strong passion for pharmaceutical and medical Microbiology and are dedicated to pursuing a career in this field. The ideal candidate should have a BS.c pr Msc degree in related field for Msc and PhD programme respectively and have a good understanding of molecular biology techniques. 

The programme offers a fully funded opportunity which includes all laboratory reagents, chemicals, consumables, bench fees and cost of analysis outside our laboratory. The funding does not however cover tuition fees.
