The Management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), has issued an urgent directive to all newly admitted students and Inter-Faculty Transfer students for the 2025/2026 academic session regarding the printing of their Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Admission Letters.
According to the notice from the Office of the Registrar, the University has scheduled its Matriculation Ceremony for 25th February, 2026. In line with JAMB regulations and the University’s admission guidelines, all students must be fully Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) compliant before they can be formally matriculated.

Consequently, all newly admitted students and those transferred from one programme to another are directed to comply with the following instructions:
Important Notice: Any student who fails to print and present their original JAMB Admission Letter will not be included in the Matriculation List, will not be assigned a formal Matriculation Number, and will not be officially recognized as a student of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto.
Students are therefore advised to comply strictly with this directive to avoid any complications regarding their admission status.
