University College Hospital hereby Ibadan announces admission into Basic Midwifery course - March 2025

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be 16 years and above at the time of application

2. Must have at least five (5) O' Level Credit passes in English Language. Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sittings for the same examination WAEC or NECO or NABTEB at one sitting

HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit the UCH schools' portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click REMITA PAYMENT button to make payment of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25, 000.00)

2. After successful payment, candidates are to sign up with his/her RRR, Email and Password used for the payment.

3. Login with your Email and Password to continue the online application

4. Go to the portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng download the Applicants' User Guide.

5. Print 2 Copies of your form and Photocard and bring them on the day of examination

6. Make a payment of Two Hundred Naira (N200.00) to Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Commitee Account,
