Candidates must:

Be at least 18 years old

Possess five (5) credit passes in WASCE/GCE/NECO, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, obtained in not more than two sittings (upload original scanned copies)

Hold a Registered Midwifery (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN)

Have at least one year of cognate experience post-registration

Upload a reference letter from their last (or current) employer

Upload a valid practicing license
