The management of The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki (TOPS) wishes to formally inform all students that the second semester examination for the 2024/2025 Academic Session will commence soon. All students are hereby advised to prepare thoroughly and take note of the following important instructions;

1. Proper Dressing: All students must appear in their complete and proper Departmental uniform or acceptable dress code, as specified in the institution's regulations.

2. Adherence to Rules: Students are reminded to strictly adhere to all examination rules and institutional regulations. Any form of examination malpractice will attract serious disciplinary action.

3. School Fees Payment; Only students who have fully paid their school fees will be allowed to sit for the examinations. Ensure all outstanding fees are cleared before the commencement of exams.

4. Identification: Students are required to bring their valid student ID cards and other forms of identification to the examination venue for proper identification.

All students are expected to conduct themselves responsibly during this period. Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in being barred from taking the examinations.

Notes: Non students should completely stay away from the school premises as heavy punishment await any violation.
