The Concept Academy has officially announced the launch of its Intercollegiate Medical Essay Competition, offering a unique opportunity for medical students across Nigeria to showcase their intellectual depth and forward-thinking perspectives. 

Theme and Purpose
The theme for this year’s competition is “The Future of Medical Education in Nigeria in the Light of Evolving Career Dynamics.” This topic invites participants to explore the shifting landscape of medical education in Nigeria, considering factors such as technological advancement, global health trends, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the changing expectations of healthcare professionals..

Eligibility Criteria
The competition is open to all students currently enrolled in Medicine programs at Nigerian Medical Colleges and Universities.

Prizes and Recognition
The Concept Academy has outlined a generous prize structure to reward outstanding submissions:

- First Prize: ₦1,000,000 and ₦1,000 worth of books

- Second Prize: ₦400,000 and USMLE preparation resources

- Third Prize: ₦150,000

In addition to the top three prizes, the top ten winners will receive further recognition and additional prizes, underscoring the academy’s commitment to celebrating excellence and encouraging broad participation.
