The management of Tai Solarin University of Education has released the Requirements for 2023/2024 Registration and clearance. Below are the requirements;

1. Clearance Certificate (Original) with signature and official stamp of the Head of Department.
2. JAMB Admission letter (original Institution copy)
3. TASUED provisional offer of Admission (Original)
4. Session UTME/DE Application Form (Bio Data Original)
5. Application Form Receipt (N2,000 receipt)
6. JAMB result slip (for UTME students) or JAMB acknowledgement form (DE) original
7. Acceptance fee receipt (Stamped photocopy)
8. School fee receipt (stamped photocopy)
9. Registration fee receipt (stamped photocopy)
10. ‘O’ level result(s) (Verified Copy)
11. Transition letter with score for Pre-Degree and JUPEB from TASUED (stamped photocopy) (if applicable).
12. Transition receipt for JUPEB and Pre-Degree students (if applicable)
13. NCE/OND result for Direct Entry student
14. Transcript of NCE and OND result for Direct Entry Candidates
15. Evidence of change of name or marriage certificate (where applicable)
16. Medical fitness certificate (original copy) from TASUED Clinic
17. Birth certificate or sworn declaration of age (photocopy)
18. Confirmed (2023) Ogun State Electronic tax clearance Certificate (e-tax Ogun State educational levy receipt of Parent/Sponsor whose name should be the same as it was stated on PUTME Application form (Original stamped photocopy) Do not go through any agent to get the tax clearance certificate, go directly to the Tax Office in Ijebu-Ode or Odogbolu office.
19. Reference letter from Public/Civil Servant of not below grade level 12 or equivalent (Original).
20. Acceptance form (Original)
21. Matriculation Oath
22. Orientation Certificate (To be submitted Later)

NOTE:

1. Candidates should ensure their files and documents are well perforated and tagged.
2. Hostel address should be indicated on top of the personal bio data in the green file
3. It is important that all information requested on the personal bio data form and on the inside cover of the green file are adequately supplied.
4. Students are advised to come along with original copy of all the documents for sighting.
5. Submission before the deadline is very important because you may not be granted another opportunity to submit (means forfeiture of the admission).
