A. ENTRY QUALIFICATION: FOR 200 LEVEL

1. Candidates must have NCE/Diploma/JAMB with overall merit pass or above, provided the candidate also has at least five credits or its equivalent including credit passes in Mathematics and English Language

II. JAMB DE application form is a requirement

B. ENTRY QUALIFICATION: FOR 100 LEVEL

1. 5 Contacts Programme - Candidates must obtain five credits passes at GCE/WASC level, SSCE including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings, in addition to acceptable UTME Cut-Off Point

C. PURCHASE OF FORMS

ImApplication forms are sold at the sum of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) per form
