This is to inform or remind all students of State University of Medical and Applied Sciences that the second semester examinations will soon start, precisely on the 6th of July, 2026. Students are to note that before then there will be continuous assessment tests.

Let all students take note that for any student to qualify for the tests and examinations the evidence of payment of fees must be provided by presentation of all receipts of payment as follows:

Fourth year students MUST present all school fees receipts from 2022/2023 session till date.

Third year students from 2023/2024 session till date.

Second year must present receipts of payment for 2024/2025 and 2025/2026

And first years to present the 2025/2026 receipts

No student will be allowed to write the tests or enter examination hall without the presentation of complete receipts for full payment of fees for these sessions.

This notice is being given early enough to enable those who left their receipts at home to go for them and for those who have lost their receipts to go to the Bursary to get certified true copies.

Deans, Heads of Department and all invigilators have been directed to ensure full compliance and strict implementation.
