d fg z just punishing students again by telling us to go back to school. no lectures. i pity those uniben students wey go school(warned u guys)

During the Nov 4 meeting a non-victimisation clause
wasn't included which comprises of Right for lecturers to
strike without being victimised I think because ASUU forgot to raise it up. Perhaps they were enjoying the good treats FG offered to them but FG/ASUU came to a truce but forgot the non-victimisation clause to be included in an MOU which was agreed. If the clause was included FG
will have no reason to threaten ASUU. So because it isn't in
the MOU during the Nov 4 meeting, FG got every right to
victimise them because the industrial court will work with evidence. Law has to do with concrete evidence to vindicate a case. However, if any Gov will victimise them it
isn't GEJ's tenure. He has shown and given ASUU all its
demand. ASUU is just being arrogant. Now ASUU is requesting for the inclusion of the non-victimisation clause. Meanwhile, if the
non-victimisation clause was included and ASUU had a bad aim
on going on strike, they will use the inclusion as an evidence
preventing FG from opening sch and they will be postponing their meeting; NEC, Congress meeting or bring excuses etc all with an aim of carrying the strike to next year with a reason best known to them cos
the non-victimisation clause has given them a right to strike without being victimised
and with it they'll have the Gov't in their finger tips. Now their feathers are
cut off and they don't want to call off in disgrace they ask for
due protocols in following the process claiming not to be f**ls
and knowing the system more. If they did knew the system more they would have
remembered to add the non-victimisation clause during the
meeting and not wait until after 3weeks before bringing it as a
condition for suspending the strike, isn't that a new demand! ASUU can use the non-
victimisation clause to fight back even when the 200bn has
been paid, by then FG will have no power over them again.
ASUU lawyers should advice them on how to interpret laws.
ASUU if u like don't call off. Any lecturer that resumes on
Monday will be paid his or her salary arrears. Who don't want
to celebrate Xmas should stay at home cos Fg won't pay
anybody that didn't work.

Asuu, y art thou making a mockery of your self-acclaimed-intellectual selves? Y gettin yourselves famished? Seriously, I admire your effontery, U HV RLY TRIED. Now, stop playin too smart, get yourselves bck to work!(except if u hav ulterior motives sha). Again, u rly hv nothin to loose coz ur arrears wil b paid. As 4 d 200bn, trust me, d whole nigeria is watchin dis tyme, they'd nt want to mk a f**l of themselves atleast bcoz of 2015.

hehehehehehehehe y i tot dey said dey cn do witout der salaries, wat appen na? Una don turn 2 charitable society-- hlp d needy asuu? Mtcheeew let me c hw christmas nd new yr go b na
