The Sale of application forms for 2021 intake into St. Gerard’s School of Nursing for BASIC GENERAL NURSING TRAINING starts from Monday 15th February 2021 to 4th June 2020. 

Forms are obtainable from the school account office at the cost of N10,000.00 only from 8:00 am – 12:00 noon each day from Monday to Friday.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT:

Five (5) credits in the following subjects: English language, mathematics, chemistry, physics and biology in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, GCE.

NOTE: Completed forms should be be submitted to the school examination office on or 18th June, 2021

Late purchase of form will attract a fine of 3,000.00
