This specifically applies to any "FME TVET Initiative Training Programmes" or any other activities cited as being hosted at the Polytechnic’s operational addresses by this entity.

The Polytechnic wishes to make it explicitly clear that there is no agreement, partnership, relationship, or endorsement existing between the institution and Shafaatu Memorial Ventures for any activities at any of our campuses.

Consequently, any claims, representations, or activities carried out by this entity using the name or location of the Polytechnic are unauthorized and misleading.

Members of the public are strongly advised to exercise caution and disregard any alleged association between the Polytechnic and the aforementioned organization. Please note:

• Any engagements, transactions, or contracts entered into with Shafaatu Memorial Ventures using the Polytechnic’s premises as a place of operation are done at the individual's own peril.
• The Polytechnic will not be held liable for any losses or consequences arising from such interactions.

For the avoidance of doubt, the only authentic Skills Training Centre operated by Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic is located at:

Km 5, Zaria-Kaduna Express Way, UPE Main Campus, Zaria.
