The Prince Ukeme Ukpong Mega Foundation is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Prince Ukeme Ukpong Education Support 2025 Scholarship. This initiative is a significant step toward promoting academic excellence and reducing the financial burden of tertiary education for students across Nigeria, particularly those from Akwa Ibom State.

About the Scholarship Program

The Prince Ukeme Ukpong Education Support is a one-time, two-year scholarship program aimed at supporting students in Nigerian tertiary institutions who demonstrate both academic potential and financial need. The scholarship is part of the Foundation’s broader mission to empower young Nigerians to excel in their chosen fields of study. According to the Foundation, “The Prince Ukeme Ukpong Education Support is designed to help young Nigerians excel in their chosen fields of study by reducing the financial burden of higher education.”

The 2025 edition of the scholarship will be awarded during the Learn, Excel & Empower with Prince Ukeme Ukpong event, which is scheduled to take place in Obot Akara Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

Benefits of the Scholarship

Successful applicants will receive the following benefits:

- Two-year scholarship support

- Full or partial tuition coverage

- Public recognition and presentation of scholarship awards at the Learn, Excel & Empower with Prince Ukeme Ukpong event

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Must be an indigene of Akwa Ibom State

- Must be currently enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution in Nigeria, including universities, polytechnics, or colleges of education

- Only applicants who meet all eligibility criteria will be considered for the award
