Applications are invited for the President's Scholar Scholarships which is awarded to International students who are willing to pursue a doctoral program at the University of Manchester, UK.

The awards are allocated to our most outstanding applicants seeking PhD training opportunities starting from academic year 2018-19. The PDS award will include full Home or Overseas tuition fees and an annual stipend of at least RCUK minimum stipend rate for 2018-19 (£14,764) + £1,000.
