Bsc and HND are not one and the same. Many people move from poly to a uni, no one has ever transfered from uni to a poly by direct entry.

@ zero4u,you sound as if u are against this view but I don't know why you are against it,is it going to affect you? people agitating for it or what? let's just look forward and see but please don't be pestimistic about this issue cos it is a favouring one.

if u want to look at it in other hand d caliba of lecturer teaching in university can never be compare wit poly lecturer. university students are drill by professor while poly students ar drill by master holder wit few of phd holder.conclusively univ wil stil remain higher.
