The Management of the Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), Igbesa, wishes to inform all alumni and graduates of the Polytechnic that their certificates are ready for collection.

​Graduates are strongly advised to visit the Institute’s Registry to process and claim their original certificates. Please be informed that the Management has approved a six-month grace period from the date of this publication.

​Following the expiration of this grace period, graduates who fail to collect their certificates will be required to pay a Late Collection Penalty Fee based on the following schedule:

​Late Collection Fee Schedule

​0 – 1 Year: Free of Charge

​2 – 5 Years: ₦ 50,000

​6 – 10 Years: ₦ 100,000

​11 – 15 Years: ₦ 200,000

​16 Years and Above: ₦ 300,000

​Requirement for Collection
