This is to inform all staff and students, particularly all the Deans, HOD'S, Registration Officers and Examination Officers that in view of the challenges been faced in recent times with the University software been used for Registrations and upload of results. the University has engaged the services of a company called Staunton and Lycett to solve the problems once and for all.

In view of the above, the company had developed software for the University's use. All Deans and HODs are charged to bring all Registration and Examination officers on board in ensuring the software able to address what it was meant to address, Kindly find as attached the manuals for a smooth or better understanding of the software in view of the aforementioned, at students (1000-5000) are expected to log on to the University portal as follows:

Username: Matriculation Number

Password: password (all in lower case)

All students must ensure they update their records on this portal on or before Friday, 21 February: 2022. Only students who had fully paid their Tuition and updated her profile on this new portal would be able to access his/her Examination Results

All things being equal, Examination Results for all levels would be visible from Monday, 14 February, 2022.
