This is to kindly inform all stakeholders that the Senate-approved calendar for the 2024/2025 academic session remains a valid working document of the University. The Management noted that lectures have commenced in some faculties, which is a commendable development.

1. Based on the above, the Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of the Senate, directed the Provost, College of Health Sciences, all Deans and HODs to ensure that lectures commence fully as scheduled in the Senate-approved academic calendar for both returning and fresh students.

   

2. Accordingly, the Management is aware of the concerns regarding students’ registration, which is yet to commence. The University Community is hereby informed that the challenges surrounding the delay in registration are being addressed, and registration will soon commence.

3. While the Management appreciates your cooperation towards achieving academic excellence in the University, please ensure strict compliance with the approved academic calendar for the 2024/2025 Session.
