I wil definately agree wit dis bcos Its already known by all dat many adults are illetrate. Our government is nt ready to invest on Education and dis is really givin to fall in education in Nigeria. u can imagine dat 17% (if am not mistaken) of d country's budget is allocated to Education. whereas other countries are givin 43% to educational sector. How do dey expect us to grow educationally then? dat percentage is too far.
