To boost Human Resource Development in the Niger Delta region, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is once again embarking on its Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship Programme. This initiative aims to equip young people with relevant training and skills for effective participation in the local content programme of the Federal Government and to compete globally in various professional disciplines.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the scholarship, a scholar must:

• Hail from the Niger Delta Region.
• Have achieved a First Class Degree or Second Class Upper Division.
• Not be over 40 years of age.

Required Documents for Upload

1. Recent passport photograph.
2. Local Government Identification Letter.
3. Post Graduate Admission letter from a recognized overseas university.
4. Relevant degrees from recognized universities.
5. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on WASSCE/NECO results and undergraduate degree classification. Shortlisted candidates will be required to take part in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in Rivers State. A minimum score of 70% is required to proceed to the next stage.
