All Eligible Candidates for the NDA 2014/2015 Entrance Exam must RE-PRINT their NEW ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM and also print their EXAM CARD before the exam date on 17th May, 2014.

This document is essential to enable you access into the exam hall.

- JAMB Result Slip. If you don't have this document, apply for it by clicking here (CBT candidates need not bother about this slip)
- Examination Card
- 2 Passport Photographs
- Bank Payment Slip/Confirmation Page

How to reprint your NDA ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM and EXAM CARD

1. Visit the printing portal (Using a computer) by clicking here.
2. On the page that loads, enter your "email address" and "Password" into the spaces provided and click "Login to Account".
3. You will be provided with the necessary documents you intend to re-print.
