Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited (“Midwestern”), in partnership with SunTrust Atlantic Energies, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its 2026/2027 scholarship scheme. This initiative is designed to promote academic excellence and enhance skill-based education for students from our host communities and Delta State.

Eligibility

SECONDARY SCHOOL COMMUNITY AWARD

Requirements:

• Scholarship is open to JSS 1 & JSS 2 Students only
• Admission letter to a secondary school in Nigeria
• Result of the last year in primary school or JSS1 result.
• Birth Certificate
• Identification Letter Signed by any member of the Board of Trustees (BOT)

UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY AWARD For Host Communities Only

Requirements:

• Scholarship is open to 100 & 200 level students at the time of application.
• Minimum of 5 Credits in SSCE or GCE including Mathematics & English, in one sitting.
• Current University ID Card.
• JAMB/UTME & University admission letter from an accredited/approved university in Nigeria
• Identification Letter Signed by any member of the Board of Trustees (BOT)

UNIVERSITY MERIT AWARD For Delta State Indigenes Only

Requirements:

• Scholarship is open to 200 level students who must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 at the time of application.
• Minimum of 5 Credits in SSCE or GCE including Mathematics & English, in one sitting.
• JAMB/UTME & University admission letter from an accredited/approved university in Nigeria.
• Current University ID Card.
• Letter of identification stating your LGA & Senatorial Zone (Delta North, South or Central)
