University College Hospital Ibadan, School of Medical Laboratory Science invites Applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the 24 months Special Fellowship Programme of the Medical
Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) for year 2013 in the following specialties of Medical Laboratory Science:

1.) Chemical Pathology
2.) Hematology/ Blood
Transfusion Science
3.) Medical Microbiology
4.) Medical Parasitology
5.) Histopathology

Entry Qualifications: Candidates must be holders of BMLS/AMLS for at least two (2) years. Applicants must also possess the
current License to practice as Medical Laboratory Scientists.

Method of Application: Application form can be obtained from the School of Medical Laboratory Science,
University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.

Application Form costs N5, 000.00 (Five thousand naira) only payable into the School of Medical Laboratory Science, UCH, Ibadan Account No 1010439530
with the Zenith Bank, Dugbe, Ibadan.

Duly completed Application Form must be returned to the Deputy Director (Training), School of
Medical Laboratory Science, UCH, Ibadan.

Each application should be accompanied with Academic credentials (photocopies), Personal Statement of Purpose, Current Practice License as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (photocopy), Passport photograph.
